If you’ve ever shopped with us at sure4pets, you may be familiar with our previous courier, APC. This month, however, we are switching to Inxpress. We recently trialled their services and found a myriad of benefits to you and your furry friends!
If you feed raw, you already know how important timing and temperature are, which is why we are constantly refining our services to provide you and your pets with the highest quality food and experience! Read on to find out more about this change.
Courier Change Details
We chose to switch over to Inxpress, as they are one of the few couriers that aim to deliver your orders directly to your door on a day that suits you, making it perfect for the raw food you provide your pet with. On top of this, your package can be left without a signature, so if you aren’t in, they can leave it in a safe place for you to pick up when you return!
Our team still handles local deliveries; however, any deliveries further out or under next-day delivery (order before 12pm to receive by 6pm) will be sent via Inxpress.
Not only are deliveries cheaper, but we also found their delivery process to be more streamlined and easier to configure. If you order with Inxpress for next-day delivery before 6pm, (any size from 1kg to 50kg), the cost is £15.99. Your order will be sent in an insulated box, ready for your excited pets to get their paws all over it! For more information on our deliveries, check out our delivery information.

On top of saving on next-day delivery, why not try out our subscribe and save 5%? All you need to do is choose your favourite meals, select how often you’d like them ordered, and subscribe to save 5% on every order.
