We reserve the right to substitute products from our range with another product of equal or greater value without additional charge to the customer should the original product be unavailable. However, we will always try our best to get in contact with the customer to make them aware of any changes.

We reserve the right to increase and decrease our prices at anytime.

Returns Policy/Refunds

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on any frozen products, treats, supplements or herbs.

If for any reason you are unhappy with an accessory purchase such as leads, collars, harnesses, clothing, bedding or toys please contact us via phone ‘01226 693150’ or email ‘enquiries@sure4pets.uk’ so we can assist, you can return it to us in it’s original, unused condition within 14 working days from the date of dispatch. Please note however, some products do come with different manufacturer guarantees, so do please check with us first. 

For refunds that are not the fault of sure4pets Ltd there will be a 20% admin and banking fee. This will be shown on your refund invoice via email.

For refunds that are the fault of sure4pets Ltd goods with no additional fees. Any goods returned to store must be with a receipt or order form (as proof of purchase) and in the original packaging. Staff will inspect the product to decide whether or not a refund can be made.

Please note that refunds processed by us must be made to the same credit or debit card as used during the original purchase. Cash refunds cannot be given when goods have been purchased by credit/debit card.

Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange on any frozen products, treats, supplements or herbs.

Any goods wanting to be exchanged at the store must be with a receipt or order form (as proof of purchase) and in the original packaging. Staff will inspect the product to decide whether or not an exchange can be made.

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund or exchange efficiently:

 

    1. Email us giving the reason for the return or exchange.

    1. Please include your original order confirmation email or receipt. If you do not have the original email, please send us a note detailing the reason for the return which should include the order date, your name, contact telephone number & the delivery address. (Receipt or proof of purchase is required)

    1. In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault.

    1. We will respond to your email within 48 hours with further instruction.

Sales Of Goods

If a purchase has been made and quantities are incorrect or items are missing you must inform sure4pets Ltd within 24 hours of any discrepancies. If the customer fails to do this within this period, then the quantity charged will be deemed to be correct and a refund or exchange cannot be fulfilled.

Cancellation Policy

For local delivery or collection orders a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation is required. Notification for instance, in person, via email or  telephone is required. There will also be a 20% admin and banking fee on all cancellations if not at the fault of sure4pets Ltd.

Local delivery Policy

sure4pets Ltd cannot be held responsible for late deliveries due to unforeseen events outside of our control. Our driver will ensure all deliveries will be made on the given day as per your order confirmation, we cannot give a time of delivery as routes change weekly. If a note is left on a delivery order to leave goods in a safe place this is at customer’s own risk and we cannot be held accountable for theft or damage. Our driver also has the right to leave goods somewhere suitable if customer is not at delivery address and cannot be contacted. A delivery note will always be posted through customer’s letterbox to confirm delivery has been made.

Courier delivery Policy

sure4pets Ltd cannot be held responsible for late deliveries as this is the responsibility of our external delivery company. The driver will try to ensure all deliveries will be made on the given day as per your order confirmation. The delivery service we use is a next day delivery. If a note is left on a delivery order to leave goods in a safe place this is at customer’s own risk and we cannot be held accountable for theft or damage. Any issues regarding late delivery must be reported to sure4pets Ltd within 24 hours of delivery date. This is our best chance at locating your order if lost or late due to the courier company. Any issues regarding goods must be reported to sure4pets Ltd within 24 hours of delivery date.
