Here at sure4pets the cost, quality & delivery from us to you is very important! We do not make any profit on the packaging or delivery of our products. We have ensured our packaging is as close as possible to our natural ethos whilst trying to ensure our frozen foods are delivered to you still frozen, ensuring consistency in quality – please note we also recycle and reuse any of our suppliers cardboard boxes as and when possible, to help us reduce our carbon footprint. Courier deliveries are also sent out on an over night, next day pre-12 delivery, to help ensure the products reach you frozen. Please be aware however, if our produce reaches you slightly defrosted but is still chilled you can re-freeze as normal.
We currently have two methods of delivery.
This is currently limited to a 20 mile radius from our shop in Barnsley – S70 4HT and is charged at £5.00 with no minimum or maximum order amount, we deliver every Wednesday and orders must be confirmed with us by 4pm the Thursday before, We hope to expand this delivery radius in the future.
For deliveries exceeding our local 20 mile radius, we then use APC courier service, APC have a delivery success record of 98.99% however, if for any reason your parcel is damaged or doesn’t arrive please contact sure4pets immediately.
Please note any claims must be made via APC.
APC are one of the very few couriers who will attempt to deliver orders direct to your door on a day that suits you. The package will be left without signature if you have somewhere safe it can be placed, Please read terms & conditions.
The below prices are to give you an idea of delivery costs via APC, these are there charges to us less VAT, APC’s 5% fuel charge and packaging which we cover.
If you have your own courier contract we are happy to prepare your order for you to collect or if you prefer, you can choose the collect option at checkout and pick your order up direct from our shop

Once your consignment is despatched from sure4pets Ltd via our courier, it will be dispatched on an overnight carriage.

The following points are applied to frozen food orders.
(a) Due to the nature of your order, we can only ship this to you on an overnight next day 12 noon service. If your goods are not delivered, they will at the end of the courier drivers working day, be taken back to the depot and be disposed of. Raw food needs to be received within 24 hours of being dispatched from us. This 24 hour period will near enough guarantee that your order is frozen when you receive it.
(b) The courier will be happy to leave your order with a neighbour or in a safe place. However, neither we, nor the courier will be held liable for these goods to be received, or received frozen.
(c) We will not be held responsible for your delivery if you are not in. The courier will attempt to contact you on your mobile (or the number you have provided to us). Delivery instructions MUST be entered at the order stage.
(d) failed or missing deliveries even if they are signed for – this should be taken up with us in the first instance. We will then pass your enquiry on to the couriers to investigate.
(e) failed delivery because the delivery address was incorrectly submitted on your order (it is your responsibility to ensure that you enter your delivery address details correctly).
The following points are applied to dried foods and sundries:
(a) if you are not in the couriers will attempt to contact you on the telephone number you provided at the order stage. The courier will card you if you are not in. Delivery instructions MUST be entered at order stage.
(b) failed or missing deliveries even if they are signed for – this should be taken up with us in the first instance. We will then pass your enquiry on to the couriers to investigate.
(c) failed delivery because the delivery address was incorrectly submitted on your order (it is your responsibility to ensure that you enter delivery address details correctly).
If the consignment is not delivered and all attempts to contact you fail, the consignment will be returned to sure4pets.uk whereby you will be liable for the re-shipping, re-stocking & loss of produce fees i.e. (fully thawed & no longer edible foods.)
