Betsy’s Game Mix flavour is hand prepared with fresh, human grade meat. A real popular choice as it is jam packed full of flavour for one 500g tub.

Game Mix is only currently available in 500g compostable tubs. Containing Rabbit, Pheasant, Pigeon and Venison alongside Bone, Heart and Offal.

Rabbit is a great source for Potassium which helps regulate fluid balance, muscle contractions and nerve signals, Phosphorus helping maintain strong bones and teeth, Sodium necessary for healthy  heart, liver, and kidneys and Magnesium which helps to maintain normal nerve and muscle function, it also supports a healthy immune system and Calcium to build and maintain strong bones, the heart, muscles and nerves also need calcium to function properly. Pheasant is a wild caught game meat, due to this it’s important to let you know that it can contain shot, it is an ideal meat for dogs that suffer from “allergic” reactions from more common meat types such as Chicken or Beef. Pheasant is more likely to be available in the autumn (shooting season) it contains minerals such as, phosphorus & manganese which are important in building strong healthy bones and helping heal wounds, magnesium & potassium essential for a healthy brain, nerve function and muscular tissues, this is a healthy meat to look out for. Pheasant flesh also has high levels of Iron, essential as it cleans the blood and also carries oxygen and minerals to the cells that make up the physical body. Venison is one of the purest, most nutritious meats available, it’s naturally low in fat and calories (compared to chicken breast) It also provides an excellent  source of the following minerals, Selenium which plays an important role in the health of the immune system. Feeding And Storage Guidelines

Store in the Freezer, best when defrosted in the fridge and should be used within 3-4 days (safe to defrost and refreeze)

To achieve a complete and balanced Species Appropriate Raw Food diet (SARF) we do advise that you aim to feed a minimum of 5-7 different meat type as each meat will help provide your dog with something different minerally/nutritionally, this makes the diet complete and the 80% meat 10% bone 10% offal provides a balanced diet.
