Our Chaney root (also known as cocolmeca) is lovingly and respectfully sourced from the Blue mountains of Jamaica.
Chaney root is known to have antimicrobial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, diaphoretic and diuretic properties.
It has been clinically proven to be an excellent antidote for every skin condition, including eczema and psoriasis by cleansing as well as nourishing the blood as it assist the body in the absorption of iron. Chaney root can also be blended with Sarsaparilla

Herbal Preparation
Add 3-4 pieces or 1 dessertspoon of the powder to around 1/2 a litre of spring water ( NOT TAP WATER ) to a stainless steel pan and bring to the boil for 15-20 minutes ( YOU MAY NEED TO ADD MORE WATER ) then allow to cool allowing more infusion of the herb into the water. Once cooled, strain the herb and dispose of it, keep the liquid this will be given to your dog/cat and can be stored in a glass jar in the fridge for around 4 days.
We highly recommend using bone broth alongside your herbal tonics since the herbs can be quite bitter, bone broth’s are a tasty addition to encourage your dog or cat to consume the tonic.
We recommend starting with 50/50 mixture of bone broth to tonic ratio, however you can increase the broth as needed if your dog or cat wont consume it.
