While raw bones are safe for dogs to chew and eat. They help to clean your dogs’ teeth and gums, ensuring they have fresh breath. However, cooked bones can cause constipation, or worse, splinter into sharp shards, posing a choking hazard for your dog. These fragments can cause serious damage to the mouth, throat, or intestines. Additionally, cooking can deplete the bone of its nutrients.
