Damiana – Turnera diffusa (100g)

Damiana is a wild shrub that grows in Mexico, Central America, and the West Indies, it’s often referred to as the happy herb and is know as a natural way to deal with depression and anxiety, it’s also a known aphrodisiac but don’t over so it with this herb as it can become habitual, damiana is also said to help with the below

 

  • Constipation
  • Headache
  • Nervous Stomach
  • Bed-wetting
  • Physical stamina
  • Nervousness
  • Central nervous system and hormonal tonic
  • urinary tract function

Herbal Preperation

Add 1 table spoon of the herb to around 1/2 a litre of spring water ( NOT TAP WATER ) to a stainless steel pan and bring to the boil for 15-20 minutes ( YOU MAY NEED TO ADD MORE WATER )  then allow to cool allowing more infusion of the herb into the water. Once cooled, strain the herb and dispose of it, keep the liquid this will be given to your dog/cat and can be stored in a glass jar in the fridge for around 4 days.

45kg +                                      12tbl’s 1-3 times per day
