Colon Cleanse Kit (150g)
sure4pets Colon cleanse kit offers a compound of herbs designed to gently cleanse the intestines, colon and the blood. The cleansing of the colon in particular is key to health and in assisting the body in healing itself due to the fact that the lymphatic system (body’s sewer system) comes together and drains through this central point, meaning that if the colon is blocked then all manner of issues throughout the rest of the body can manifest as the waste backs up and into the cells.

At sure4pets we recommend that a colon cleanse is completed at least twice per year with your dogs as part of a cleansing maintenance program to assist the body in eliminating waste that can and does build up in the colon, particularly when being fed None SARF diets.
Kit Contents-
Colon Cleanse and blood cleanse Herbs (100g, approximately 4 weeks using 1 table spoon per day to make herbal tincture)
Slippery elm Powder (50g, approximately 4 weeks using 1 table spoon per day to make herbal tincture)
Herbal tea’s are based at 1/2 litre of water based on top end of required amount recommended per day as below.

Herbal Preparation
Add 1 table spoon of the herbal compound to around 1/2 a litre of spring water ( NOT TAP WATER ) to a stainless steel pan and bring to the boil then simmer between 15-20 minutes ( YOU MAY NEED TO ADD MORE WATER ) then allow to cool allowing more infusion of the herb into the water. Once cooled, strain the herb and dispose of it, keep the liquid this will be given to your dog/cat and can be stored in a glass jar in the fridge for around 4 days.
The herbal tea/tonic (colon cleanse) brewed is then to be given last thing on an evening 4 hrs after food for a minimum of 3 weeks., I advise a 48hr fast as the cleanse is started.
Please note that the slippery elm that comes as part of this kit is to be given separately and the day after, again 1 hr before food, or 4 hrs after.
We highly recommend using bone broth alongside any of our herbal tea’s, since the herbs can be quite bitter, bone broth’s are a tasty addition to encourage your dog to consume the tea. We recommend starting with 50/50 mixture of bone broth to tea ratio, however you can increase the broth as needed if your dog wont consume it.
