Synergy Potentiate CBD Oil 500mg
£20.83 – £39.99
The Synergy Potentiate brand is currently unique to sure4pets, what makes Synergy Potentiate stand out from other CBD Oil’s is the formulation, with the added blend of MCT oil and Colloidal Silver, it creates an oil that has so much more natural potential for dealing with illness and disease. Cannabidiol, or CBD is one of over 60 compounds called cannabinoids. CBD or cannabidiol is the main active compound in hemp, and not like THC, which makes you high by activating the CB1 and CB2 receptors directly. These receptors are part of the endocannabinoid system along with other receptors that are spread throughout the brain and body, CBD does not directly stimulate these receptors.
MCT oil, or Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT’s) are unique fatty acids that are found naturally in coconut and palm oils. They have a remarkable ability to stabilize blood sugar and enhance ketone body production. This process makes MCT’s a powerful tool to reduce inflammation, improve metabolism and enhance cognitive function.
Colloidal Silver is a powerful, natural antibiotic. It is the most usable form of the most effective disease, germ, virus and fungal killers known. It has been found to be both a remedy and a prevention for colds, flu, all infections and all fermentation due to any bacteria, fungus or virus, especially staph, and strep, which are often found in disease conditions.
It has been reported to rapidly subdue inflammation and promote faster healing. The body needs Colloidal Silver to fight disease causing organisms and to aid healing. Taken daily, Colloidal Silver provides a second immune system resulting in more energy, vitality, vigour, relaxation, faster healing and reduced bodily toxins.
How does MCT work ?
The mitochondria are small organs within your cells that are responsible for producing all the energy needed by your tissues. Fatty acids produce energy in the mitochondria but are dependent upon the L-carnitine compound in order for entry. MCTs provide immediate energy because they are able to cross the double mitochondrial membrane very rapidly and do not require the presence of carnitine.
The CB1 and CB2 Receptors
Cannabinoid receptors are involved in a series of processes inside the human body, including the regulation of mood, pain sensation, appetite and memory.
These receptors can be activated by endocannabinoids (produced by the human body) as well as by plant cannabinoids (like those found in hemp or cannabis), and they’re grouped in two main categories: CB1 and CB2. CB1 receptors are found mostly in the central nervous system, and in smaller numbers in the liver, kidneys and lungs, while CB2 receptors are part of the immune system and found in the hematopoietic blood cells as well. At the same time, CB1 receptors are involved in the lipogenesis process that takes place inside the liver, and seem to play a role in the maintenance of homeostasis (body’s internal equilibrium). Various studies suggest that CB1 also influence pleasure, concentration and appetite, memory and pain tolerance.
CB2 receptors on the other hand affect the immune system, being involved in a variety of functions like immune suppression or apoptosis (programmed cell death). Studies suggest that CB2 modulate the pain sensation and could play a role in various diseases, from liver and kidney problems to neurodegenerative diseases.

How CBD works
CBD activates other receptors, like the vanilloid, adenosine and serotonin receptors. By activating the TRPV-1 receptor for example, cannabidiol plays a role in the mediation of body temperature, pain perception and inflammation. Then, CBD inhibits the FAAH enzyme, a compound that activates the CB1 receptor. By doing so, CBD minimizes the activation of CB1 by THC, reducing its psychoactive effects.
The activation of adenosine receptors by CBD gives the anti-anxiety and anti-inflammatory effects of cannabidiol. Adenosine receptors are also involved in the release of dopamine and glutamate, two neurotransmitters that play major roles inside the body. Dopamine is involved in cognition, motor control, motivation and reward mechanisms, while glutamate is one of the major mediators of excitatory signals, being involved in memory, learning and cognition.
High concentrations of CBD have been shown to activate the 5-HT1A serotonin receptor, exerting anti-depressant effects. The same receptor is involved in a series of processes from pain perception, appetite, nausea and anxiety to sleep and addiction mechanisms.
Finally, CBD blocks CPR55 signaling, decreasing bone re-absorption and cancer cell proliferation. GPR55 is widely present inside the brain, being linked with the modulation of bone density and blood pressure, as well as with cancer cell proliferation.
What makes a good CBD oil for dogs
The Body’s endocannabinoid system has CB1 and CB2 receptors, which fulfil the major function in maintaining a stable equilibrium within the body so (relaxing, eating, forgetting, and protecting) it’s also involved with neural activity (pain, memory, emotion, carcinogenesis and embryonic development. THC binds firstly to the CB1 receptors and out of all the mammals studied, dogs have the highest concentration of these receptors, particularly in the brain area, related to coordination. This makes dogs extremely sensitive to THC, and can develop “static ataxia” dogs will show the following symptoms drooling, swaying from side to side, urinating on itself and general disorientation.
This means, dogs require a much lower level of THC, which is much safer for pets, than the high THC marijuana types.
NETWORKS.ES CBD oil, we stock, is the only CBD oil to have a Spanish Government approval and producing medicinal certificate, and has little to no THC. “NETWORK.ES” is also managed by the hemp growers themselves, so isn’t commercialised.
The correct effective doses have not yet been properly worked out but generally differ with each dog and condition, it’s normally advised to start with a low dose initially and gradually increase the dose every 5 days or so, until you reach the desired results, as in some cases “static ataxia” can be seen, as mentioned above.
If you see any symptoms of “static ataxia “ (listed above), the dosage is too high and will need to be reduced.
“Static ataxia” is however highly unlikely with “NETWORKS.ES” CBD as It’s specifically grown for the CBD use and not THC, so it has literally no THC.
The dosage recommendation for “Synergy Potentiate” CBD is 1 spray/drop of oil per 10lb of body weight (4.5kg) – below are a few examples.
1 drops = 9kg – 13.5kg
2 drops = 13.5kg – 18kg
3 = 18kg – 22.5kg
4 drops = 22.5kg – 27kg
Remember, these are recommendations, and ultimately it’s about finding the dose that works for your pet, so you could even try spreading the dosage throughout the day if larger doses are required, so again, once the desired effects have been seen, see how your pet copes without the CBD for 1 day initially, if everything stays normal, increase to 2 days without, again if everything stays normal increase to 3 days without, see how many days your pet can go without, and then cycle from there.
It’s always safer to use industrial hemp products for pets, as they contain little to no THC and have high amounts of the medicinally valuable CBD along with other non psychotropic cannabinoids, terpenes and terpenoids.
